​​I've always loved building bridges and nudging perspectives - as an individual, as an educator, and also as a writer. My passion for writing developed while teaching 5th grade and it's been growing ever since.

These days I am working on a couple of children's nonfiction books highlighting the maritime history of the north Atlantic. You could say I'm on an adventure!
